Omega Pay Privacy Policy

Operational draft for Intuit application registration ยท Effective August 15, 2026

Legal review recommended. This policy accurately summarizes current Omega Pay operations and should receive legal review as requirements change.

Application and access

Omega Pay is an internal application operated by Omega Roofing, LLC. Access is restricted to authorized Omega personnel through an authenticated, multifactor-protected private application.

QuickBooks information used

With company authorization, Omega Pay may read company and accounting identifiers; customer or project identifiers needed for matching; invoices and invoice balances; payments; relevant credits or discounts; transaction dates; and QuickBooks internal record identifiers.

Purpose

This information is used to reconcile ProLine and Omega jobs with QuickBooks accounting, verify final invoicing, payments, and balances, and support accurate compensation, payroll, and audit records. QuickBooks accounting evidence does not replace Omega's operational job state.

Uses we do not make

Security

Omega Pay uses OAuth 2.0 with the QuickBooks accounting scope, authenticated encryption for tokens at rest, least-privilege database access, and role-restricted internal administration. QuickBooks connection administration requires authorized Omega personnel and multifactor-protected access.

Retention and disconnection

Accounting and audit records are retained as needed for legitimate business, payroll, audit, and legal purposes. An authorized administrator may disconnect QuickBooks through the private Omega Pay interface. Disconnection requests revoke the Intuit authorization before Omega Pay marks the connection disconnected; retained connection and audit records remain access-restricted and encrypted as applicable.
