Omega Pay Terms of Use / EULA

Authorized internal use
Omega Pay is an internal, private business application owned and operated by Omega Roofing, LLC. It is not offered for sale to the public. Use is limited to personnel whom Omega has authorized, and remains subject to company policies and role-based access.
Account responsibilities
Users must protect their credentials, complete required multifactor authentication, and must not share accounts or credentials. Users may access company information only for authorized business purposes. Omega Pay and the business data available through it are confidential.
QuickBooks and payroll workflow
Omega Pay uses a read-only QuickBooks Online accounting integration to review accounting information for reconciliation. OAuth connection and disconnection are administrative actions. Omega Pay does not initiate payments, transfer funds, or make automatic QuickBooks payroll entries.
Availability and access
Omega may change, suspend, or revoke access when authorization ends, security requires it, or business operations warrant it. The application is provided for internal operational use without warranties beyond those required by applicable law.
